Cancelling events for the Public in Response to COVID-19 Pandemic
Wondering how to keep the children entertained during the Easter Week break from school?
We have a suggestion! We have organized a short program for each day (Tuesday to Friday) from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm. Kids aged six to ten are invited to these fun learning adventures! We will be running a different activity each day during the Easter Break Week.
Each day has different activities: Tuesday, April 14th: An Egg-celent Time!
- Children will create some egg-celent crafts to celebrate the spring season, as well as going on an Easter themed scavenger hunt of the museum.
Wednesday, April 15th: Music at Government House
- Make a musical craft and get a chance to learn some old fashioned Victorian songs. Kids will have a chance to try out the player piano and create a Government House band.
Thursday, April 16th: Treated Like Royalty
- Learn how to act like royalty, it’s not just about curtsying and bowing! Afterwards, go on a crown hunt through the museum.
Friday, April 17th: Victorian Fun and Games
- Try your hand at some old-fashioned crafts and games.
All of the above programs are free but we do require registration as space is limited. A parent or guardian must be present with the child (children).
