Current feature artist in the Queen Elizabeth II Gallery, Brandie Perkins will be teaching a workshop on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at Government House!
Alcohol inks are an acid-free, highly pigmented, & fast drying medium that is to be used on non-porous surfaces.
In this introductory workshop, Brandie will guide you step-by-step using the popular medium to create different types of abstract art. You will learn the difference between the inks, some tools of the trade and get to learn various ways of manipulating the inks. During this class you will work on photo paper and ceramic subway tiles.
Free your artistic spirit and join the fluid art movement. Inks, tools and substrate will be supplied.
