A Gift of Christmas Past

Visitor Experience Host talking with a school group at the entrance to the museum.(80 minutes) Grades 3 - 6 
 

This program introduces Victorian Christmas traditions as students view seasonal decorations. Insight is offered into Lieutenant Governor and Madame Forget’s charitable activities which are compared to the role of the present-day Lieutenant Governor. It includes a 30 minute Amédée Forget Museum tour followed by 30 minutes completing two Christmas activities to take home.
