Senior Executive Coordinator

The Provincial Capital Commission (PCC) has an exciting opportunity for a highly-skilled, well organized, energetic, and proactive individual for the role of Senior Executive Coordinator to PCC’s Chief Executive Officer. This position is an integral part of the PCC team that provides for the operation, management and stewardship of provincial assets including Government House and Wascana Centre.

This position has the overall responsibility for the efficient operation of the PCC’s Chief Executive Officer’s office. As the successful candidate, you will plan, schedule, and organize meetings and other events, including the coordination of travel and event logistics. You will format and proofread a variety of sensitive and confidential documents such as general correspondence, briefing materials, budget documents, reports, emails, presentations including PCC Board of Directors documents; and prepare the monthly expenditure forecast, monitor expenditures, process invoices and perform purchase card reconciliation. You will provide confidential executive administration support to the PCC Board of Directors and other Board committee meetings, including attending meetings as required for recording information and decisions, and tracking action items.
