Canning and Perserving Workshop Series

Government House Historical Society is pleased to offer sessions on canning and preserving three of Saskatchewan’s most notable garden produce, raspberries, carrots, and tomatoes.

The Raspberry features in our first session:

Enjoy the sweetness of this berry from morning through evening for months after its best shelf life. No store product compares to that of homemade when it comes to raspberries. In this class, you will learn the art of preserving through both canning and dehydration.
